Citizen Scientist is a feature that drives the theme of exploration by promoting curiosity among visitors. In this feature, users can document their journey, learn about the natural habitat, share and ask questions to expert. By creating a participatory experience, the feature allows visitors to become a part of the scientific community by themselves.

Enhance the during experience inside the Garden. Browse to see what is HOT and add more targets or User can use the list they create in their pre web experience. See more details of the target and use the navigation to reach the destination. Also it included social aspect that will automatic located users location and see what people around you is posting. User can share their photos within the scientific community.

Task: Plan ahead for the trip; Add to my trip list from three types of categories : Birds Watcher, Plants Lover and Events planner. View and edit my trip list.

Web: Overall is clear. Users know how it works and go through it. Being able to click directly from the map is good. The “list” icon should start to appear in the first landing page. “Add to my list ” function is lack of feedback.

Mobile: Mostly easy to go through. Some detail improvement should be such as in the sign in page there should be some option like “forget my password”. When people don’t want to use the function of moment. There should be an option to let them cancel the camera.

Tablet: Some Parts user is expect to action of scroll down. Need to work it more to make it clear. The name of Album makes people think it is their own stuff ( may be change to gallery).
